Antonine Nursery


1. History:

Antonine International School has never ceased its rise toward being an ideal educational academy. Its projects remain in perpetual evolution crowned, on September 24, 2015, with the inauguration of a new building: the Antonine Nursery. A new age group is invited to the midst of the Antonine community:  our Antonine babies. Our Antonine Nursery offers affection as well as education for hundred infants ranging in age from 2 months to 3 years old.


2. Philosophy:

The Antonine Nursery, a paradise for children, offers a rich stimulating and secure environment that promotes harmonious development in early childhood. It is with love and dedication that the team presents an education of high quality. Its programs are tailored to the needs of the infants, their ages and their ability to comply with the levels of development preserving the continuity with the spirit and curriculum of the Antonine International School.

Our mission can be summarized by the following:

• Promote the development of the infant within a stimulating, warm, friendly, serene, and
  accommodating setting.
• Encourage the development of motor, cognitive, social, and language skills.
• Offer sensorimotor experiences, simulation exercises in different situations, and an
  educational service with a comprehensive approach to each individual taking into
  account the individuality and uniqueness of every infant and child.
• Awaken and strengthen the curiosity to learn, critical thinking, sense of initiative and
   responsibility.
• Urge the development of self-esteem and autonomy.
• Boost communication and social skills.


3. Distribution of the infants:

The infants are divided into five groups according to their age:
• Infants: 2 to 6 months
• Chubbies: 7 months to walking age
• Toddlers: walking age to 1 ½ years
• Cherubs: 1½ to 2 years
• TPS (Tiny Preschoolers): 2 years to 3 years

4. Programs:

The programs are adapted to the age and needs of each group. They are designed to nourish their affection, cognition, motor skills, and whole personality while preparing them to preschool making sure that the path of the Antonine child is harmonious and continuous.

Our programs are individualized with respect to the pace and uniqueness of each child.


The Antonine team helps our children, as they grow, to become who they are: respectful, responsible, and resourceful.


5. Hours:

Two schedules are available:
- 7:15 a.m.  to  3:00 p.m.
- 7:15 a.m.  to  5:30 p.m.


6. Staff:

Your children spend their time with a qualified and skilled multidisciplinary team, which consists of:
- An education staff
- A health, nutrition and hygiene staff
- A service staff


7. Collaboration with parents:

At the end of every day, the parents get feedbacks that allow them to receive information on their little ones’meals, naps, use of the toilet / diaper change, activities, mood, and more.


8. Quality of physical space and equipment:

Antonine Nursery boasts a healthy, safe and spacious architectural environment. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well maintained, clean and equipped. Hygiene occupies a prominent status in our local.


Our nursery offers rich and varied educational games and materials, age appropriate to each group, which promote vitality, sense of alertness and overall harmonious development. 

9. Health:

A sick infant will not be admitted to the nursery for contagion reasons.

Similarly, if signs of a serious sickness is suspected in a child, he will be immediately isolated from the others while waiting for his parents to pick him up.


The menus of our balanced meals are communicated to the parents monthly.
