The Events Committee consists of volunteers who all represent a team of educational stakeholders of an institute of knowledge: the monks, the teachers, the parents, the friends and the alumni of the A.I.S.
The committee has the following responsibilities:
- Align all events suggested in school based on the theme adopted by the administration and faithfully to the axes of the school project (projet d’établissement)
- Develop cultural, spiritual and festive events, etc ... that encompass the entire institution.
- Promote the various organized activities at various media forums.
- Ensure the quality of the production.
- Provide the sponsorship of various events.
- Establish the program of the annual festival in full consultation with the administration, head of departments, and the various committees of the Antonine family.
- Measure the reception of activities using various assessment tools addressed to the public.
- Lead the organization of the Graduation ceremony for the completion of secondary education.
