The association received its license as a "Christian National Association" by Decree No. 7 A / D of the Ministry of Interior January 3, 1973 (see next page). It joined the Federation of Scouting in Lebanon during the 1992-1993 Scout year.

Its aim is to educate young people to appreciate the Lebanese Christian faith and teachings of the founder of the world Scouting, Lord Baden Powell, in order to direct them to become good citizens and well adapted within the historical, social and cultural conditions without being integrated or affected by Lebanese political parties.
